Vendor Agreement

Please review and agree to the following terms: • This is an application request form to become a vendor. •Vendors MUST BE APPROVED before beginning to sell products. • Vendors agree to operate every Saturday from May to October, 10 AM - 5 PM, on their selected dates. • Vendors agree to be professional, honest, and helpful to patrons. • Vendors agree to keep accurate accounting of sales and pay a 25% revenue share to Umbrella Farms at the end of each Saturday. Payment can be made via cash, check, or Cash App. • Pro Tip: Vendors may raise prices by 25% to cover the revenue share cost. • No space rent is charged; the revenue share model aligns our interests with our vendor partners.

Custom Order Form for Plant Types

We aim to source plants for customers here on the Oregon Coast. It can be difficult to find exactly what we want here in our rural area. We will attempt to find a vendor who has the plant(s) you are seeking and place a custom order. Please understand plant wholesalers require order minimums which are often thousands of dollars. We may have to wait until we have enough requests and plant inventory needs to place the custom order you are requesting. However, we want to know what you would like that you are unable to find, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to find the plants or garden center items you want and need here in Brookings.
